GENU® Pectin is derived from citrus peel. Well known by consumers, pectin is recognized as a label-friendly ingredient.

GENU® Pectin YM-FP-2100 is used to thicken and gel fruit preparations and drinking yogurts. In short shelf-life drinking yogurts it provides stability and mouthfeel when added via the fruit preparation, creates medium to high viscosities, and controls syneresis.
