KELCOGEL® HA B Gellan Gum is one of our specialty high acyl gellan gum products that is particularly suited for neutral soy, nut and other plant-based beverages with no added sugar. By forming fluid gels, it suspends a wide variety of insoluble ingredients, including cocoa and minerals, while providing low mouthfeel contribution.
