Currently, we are evaluating our purchasing processes and training programs to ensure that employees and agents are knowledgeable about issues and mitigation strategies regarding forced labor and human trafficking. We will also evaluate supplier audit programs that will target key direct material suppliers to ensure that our suppliers understand the importance of this issue and that they conduct a review of their own purchasing processes.

Any concerns regarding forced labor and human trafficking in the supply chain will be promptly investigated and validated concerns will result in immediate action including termination or severance of the business relationship.
