Careers

We believe that ethical behavior is about who we are and how we want to be perceived. It means meeting broader and higher standards than merely complying with laws, rules and regulations. In other words, ethics are the values and principles we follow beyond those mandated by law.

Diversity

Do you want to join a global organization where people of all backgrounds have the opportunity to contribute and achieve their full potential while contributing to organizational excellence?

You will find that our team reflects a culture that supports, values, recognizes and leverages various individual and collective talents, opinions and perspectives. This enables us to be more innovative, thus producing greater sustainable profitable growth.

CP Kelco will never use forced, indentured or involuntary labor in any of our operations. We will not tolerate any instances of human trafficking or other forced labor. We will never conduct business with any third parties who engage in human trafficking or forced labor.

We expect our employees, agents and suppliers to comply with all laws and regulations concerning forced, indentured or involuntary labor and human trafficking. The Huber Principle of Respect for People is a core value at CP Kelco, and we expect that all workers in the supply chain will be treated fairly and with dignity.

Currently, we are evaluating our purchasing processes and beginning in 2012 we will implement a training program to ensure that employees and agents are knowledgeable about issues and mitigation strategies regarding forced labor and human trafficking. We will also implement a supplier audit program that will target key direct material suppliers to ensure that our suppliers understand the importance of this issue and that they conduct a review of their own purchasing processes.

Any concerns regarding forced labor and human trafficking in the supply chain will be promptly investigated and validated concerns will result in immediate action including termination or severance of the business relationship.

Seven Principles Define Our Company Culture and Guide Us in Business

Customer Focus
Delight our internal and external customers with quality products and unequaled service. We believe customers are truly our partners. When we make our customers successful, we succeed.

Excellence
Do things right and do the right things. Innovate continuously. Take informed risks. We believe that our success is based on doing the right things in the eyes of our customers, communities, employees and shareholders. We think of innovation as our guiding light and take the necessary steps, however challenging, to get there.

Respect for People
Treat people as individuals and partners with dignity and integrity. Commit to honest self-evaluation. In the 1940s, we promoted the concept of employee benefits, including profit-sharing, long before most companies did. Today, we believe that everyone who works for and with us deserves the utmost dignity and respect.

Ethical Behavior
Build a company that we will be proud to tell our grandchildren about. We place great importance on how our company will be viewed by future generations. We want to be well-regarded for the way we conduct our business, the quality of our products and services, and the role we play in communities around the globe.

Safety, Health & Environment
Take responsibility for our impact on our company, our society and our environment. Operating safely makes good business sense. Fulfilling this commitment is a primary objective of management and the responsibility of all Huber employees.

Family Ownership
Create long-term value for all of the Huber family—shareholders, employees, customers and communities. Our extended Huber family today embraces not just the descendants of our founder but also employees, shareholders, customers and communities. All have an active voice in shaping our future.

Learning
Grow profitably, both personally and as a company, through the discovery and application of knowledge. Every day we investigate new ideas, explore theories and test innovative processes—all in the hopes of discovering a better way of doing things for our customers. At Huber, learning is a way of life. It is our passageway to exciting breakthroughs and future milestones.
